An independent guide
Order of the Sinking Star PC System Requirements
Order of the Sinking Star's official Steam requirements specify a 64-bit Windows 10-or-later system, DirectX 12 and 14 GB of available space. The minimum lists an i5-6600K or Ryzen R5 1600, 8 GB RAM, and a GTX 1050 Ti, RX 580 or Arc A380. Recommended memory rises to 16 GB, with an i5-9600K or Ryzen R5 3600. The recommended Nvidia entry is literally “GTX 2070 Ti” in the October 13 listing; treat that model label as unresolved rather than silently replacing it with an RTX card. Neither tier states an FPS or resolution target.

Check the OS, graphics API and free space as well as the GPU
- 64-bit Windows and processor
- Both tiers require a 64-bit processor and a 64-bit Windows 10-or-later installation with the latest update. A system's RAM amount alone does not answer this architecture requirement.
- DirectX 12
- Version 12 is listed in both tiers. Keep this separate from the GPU model comparison rather than assuming a card name resolves every software requirement.
- 14 GB available space
- This is the published free-space requirement in both tiers. It is not an exact compressed download size, a promise that every later update fits that footprint, or a specified SSD requirement.
- Native platform listing
- Steam's product API lists Windows true, Mac false and Linux false. Empty Mac and Linux requirement fields do not establish a native edition. Deck support through Proton is covered in the Steam Deck guide.

What to do with the “GTX 2070 Ti” entry
The same unusual Nvidia name appears in the supplied October 13 capture and in a fresh read of Steam's official app-details endpoint. Repetition confirms what the listing says; it does not clarify which GPU the publisher meant.
The AMD Radeon RX 5700 and Intel Arc B570 alternatives remain stated explicitly. For an Nvidia-specific buying decision, ask the publisher to clarify the intended card through Arc Games Support. Do not buy a replacement on the basis of an editorial guess about that one label.

Use the table to compare your own PC
- Record your complete CPU and GPU model names, installed RAM, Windows version and whether the operating system is 64-bit. A family name alone is not a matched configuration.
- Compare those details with one full column, including DirectX and the available space on the drive you intend to install to. Do not stop at meeting only the RAM entry.
- If your hardware differs from the listed alternatives, the table alone cannot establish its performance. Look for a test of the same hardware, resolution, preset and game update, or seek publisher clarification.
- If the question is a crash, stutter or a launch error on an existing installation, use the performance and specific-fix guide. A requirements table cannot diagnose that symptom by itself.
Minimum and recommended are the publisher's two hardware tiers. The listing does not assign either one a resolution, quality preset, frame rate, loading time or battery target. Meeting the recommended table therefore cannot be turned into a claim of locked 60 FPS, including in the more demanding overworld.
